Dogood.sg is an online platform that enables anyone and everyone to do good anytime and anywhere.
For every purchase made via dogood.sg, at least 20% of the retail
price goes directly to a beneficiary. 15% will go to covering our

⦁ Who is dogood.sg?

• What is a Company for Good and are you one?
The Company of Good programme was launched on 2 June 2016. It was developed by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), in partnership with the Singapore Business Federation Foundation (SBFF), supported by the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY), and in support of Singapore Cares (SG Cares). It exists to strengthens the ecosystem of doing good in Singapore’s organisations. Dogood.sg is proud to be a Company of Good!
• How are your beneficiaries chosen?
Rather than choose beneficiaries that have the resources to consistently and readily raise funds, we curate and partner beneficiaries that are in niche spaces where funds are harder to come by. We hope to be a consistent source of help, so that they can direct their limited resources to other needs.
• How are my contributions helping these beneficiaries?
All your contributions go to our beneficiaries in tangible and targeted aspects. For example, your contributions may help a children’s home procure 60 bottles of Yakult, or help a daycare centre for the elderly cover the fuel costs of driving their seniors to and from home. You’ll know exactly what your purchase is going towards on the product pages, as well as when you’re checking out. • How do I ensure accountability that my money is indeed going to these beneficiaries?

• Can I donate to your beneficiaries without making a purchase?
Absolutely! Simply navigate over to our “donate” page, indicate the beneficiary/need that you would like to give towards, and make your donation! 100% of these gifts go directly to the beneficiary - we do not take a cut!
• Who are your retail partners?

• Am I paying extra for my purchases on dogood.sg as compared to purchasing directly from your retail partners?
No - the prices of the products on our site are not marked up. You pay the same price whether you buy on dogood.sg or on our retail partners’ website. The only difference is that part of the proceeds of your purchase on our site goes towards meeting the needs of our beneficiaries (yes - that means our awesome retail partners are willing to sacrifice part of their bottom-line to help the less fortunate!)
• How often do you have new products?

• I would like to stay updated of any new product releases. How do I do so?
That’s easy. All you have to do to stay updated is to create a membership account with us and be one of our Do Gooders! Besides getting the latest updates on product releases, you’ll also be able to track your purchases on our website, as well as how much you’ve contributed to our beneficiaries. We’re also working on a members’ only rewards programme, where you’ll be able to earn rebate points as you spend - you can then choose to use these points to offset your next purchase; gift them to a friend; or convert them into real world cash to be donated to our beneficiaries!
• I would love to join as a retail partner!

• What are your shipping charges?
Depending on your address and weight of items ordered, your shipping charges will differ. The charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We regularly offer discounts and free shipping; please refer to the banner on our site or our social media pages for more information.
• Who will be delivering my order?
Depending on who the vendor is, your order will either be fulfilled by one of our retail partners directly, or by dogood.sg. This is stated on each product page.
• Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link (unless you’ve opted for self-collection).
• How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 working days after confirmation. You will receive another email to notify you that your order has been shipped. Thereafter, please allow 2 - 5 working days for shipment. However, some of our retail partners may require more time to process and ship your order. Do refer to the relevant product pages for more information.
• Am I able to self collect?
If you’d like to save on shipping, you can self-collect your order from our office.

• Will I be able to cancel my order?
If you believe that you’ve made an order in error, please write to us at hello@dogood.sg with your order number, as well as your request to cancel. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
• I have received a defective product or wrong item, what do I do?
We do our utmost to ensure that our packaging protects the contents within while minimising the amount of materials used. However, we cannot guarantee that your products will be handled carefully during transit. In the event that your product is damaged, please drop us an email at hello@dogood.sg with pictures of the damaged products and packaging upon receipt. We will make arrangements to resend your order. For wrong items, similarly, send us a photo of the item in its original packaging, and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you, and for the erroneous item to be returned to us.
• The apparel bought from one of your retail partners on dogood.sg is of a bad fit. Am I able to exchange for a better size?
We are unable to entertain requests for exchanges or returns, except in cases where the item is defective or delivered erroneously.
• I wish to return a product purchased over your platform.
We are unable to entertain requests for refunds, exchanges or returns, except in cases where the item is defective or delivered erroneously.
• I resonate with your cause! How may I contribute in ways other than making an online purchase?
You can always donate directly to our beneficiaries! Alternatively, we are always on the lookout for great products or ideas that can build a culture of doing good. Send your ideas in to us and who knows - they may become reality! You can also volunteer with us in the areas of: Graphic Design, Copy writing, Social Media Marketing, Administration/Operations. Drop us an email with a brief resume, and we’ll get right back to you!
